Buying your home is the biggest asset you’ll most likely ever buy. With knowing that, you want to be absolutely sure that the people who are helping you through the process are knowledgeable and make the process as pain free as possible. Michael Floren is not like your average loan officer who half pays attention to what’s in front of him and has you paying for mistakes later. He’s very knowledgeable, prompt, and extremely proactive about every step involved. I’ve had horrible experiences in the past, the worst one being when your loan officer won’t even get back to you within the same day, let alone, a few days. 9/10 times, Michael answers or responds immediately. That 1/10 times is cause he’s being attentive with someone else and still finds the time to let me know he is currently busy and will call me back right after. I’m never left hanging. And can we talk about how cheap his loans are?! Everyone owes it to themselves to compare this company’s loans with everyone else and you’ll see for yourself how dramatically cheaper it is with this company. My review would mean nothing otherwise. I hope those who are unsure who to use, do indeed read this, cause I specifically make this review for you!
