      Lowder New Homes built our house a few years ago and we LOVE IT! The process from start to finish was wonderful! Would recommend anyone building in the River Region to go with them!

      Serious Piping Problems in Lowder Homes Recently I have noticed multiple leaks at my home and when I reached out to Lowder they just provided me a class action lawsuit that was executed on the PEX tubing manufacturer but they didn't take any responsibility for re-piping as a builder of my home since they are the one who installed defective pipe and I haven't did any upgrades or modifications. I have also requested them to cover at least a part of the cost for repair but they rejected. Sooner or later all the homes in our pod or elsewhere who have this company PEX tube installed by Lowder will have the same problem. This shows how irresponsible are Lowder builders and doesn't show courtesy/mercy towards their customers for their mistake. Whereas other builders covered the loss for the same issue I have. I appreciate if Lowder take the ownership for re-piping and help me.
