Lowell Five is such a great bank to do business with. I am self employed and did a mortgage with them back in 2012. Many of the "larger" banks could not work with my self employed financials, and Lowell Five was not only able to help, but came through quickly and with better rates!! The process was seamless. Recently, with business setbacks due to covid regulations, etc... I needed some assistance. Lowell Five was there to help. I cannot thank them enough. Special Thanks goes to Donna and the executive team!! I highly recommend doing business with a local bank vs the “giants”. Definitely check into Lowell Five for your next loan/banking needs!!

We have an account with them And they are not very helpful at all Our family Dog was very sick. So we had to put him down. Yesterday I explained to them. The type of account we have. And . They said that we have to come to the branch to do anything. I also explained to them that my Father works .In Burlington That it takes 40 minutes to get to Lowell because of traffic .and the traffic downtown. Basically they didn't care . The hours say 5pm . They told me 4pm .I asked them if they could fix the time on Google .She said they are not going to fix the time . So looks like we might be closing out to the account today .
