  Disappointed I ever decided to bank with LF. You'd think having an account for a decade meant something, but no they are happy to sneer at you and make things unnecessarily difficult. No attempts, not even the slightest, to work with me, they weren't slammed or super busy, they just couldn't be bothered to care and defaulted to the easiest solution for them and a really inconvenient one for me. This was just the last straw, I've been really dissatisfied with the service and policies of this bank for years. Nothing they offer is competitive or makes banking with L5 worth it. Every other bank I have ever been with has had better service and better perks for people who bank with them. I've stuck with them for 1 reason only, they were less than a mile from my house, but the convenience of a short drive isn't worth the hassle required to bank with them. Especially now that very few tasks require actually walking into the physical location these days. So now I have to start looking for a new bank, it will be a pain to switch everything over, but if they don't want to treat their customers well then they can't expect to hang on to people.
