3/4 of the time when I go to take money out of the ATM machine (Wilmington or Billerica) the ATM is out of service or eats my card. I have paid numerous ATM fees from using other bank ATMs over the past few months that unfortunately I do not get reimbursed. I will be calling the bank on Monday to close my account and move to Metro Credit Union, at least with metro your fees are always reimbursed no matter what bank you use. I also recently paid off a personal loan I had with Lowell Five and because I did not call and tell them I was “closing” the loan out they billed me additional interest charge even though I paid the loan off in full .

Slow The location of the ATM machine is completely ridiculous seeing as how it's the only one and you have to wait in line of cars just to get to the ATM machine

Thank you Bruce for providing us with this feedback. I apologize that you’ve been impacted by our longer than normal lines at the drive-up. We are actively working to safely open our branch lobbies during the COVID pandemic. Some of our lobbies are open - the closest to Wilmington is the Tewksbury office which affords you the option of conducting business via teller or ATM more easily. Alternatively, we do offer accounts that reimburse other bank’s ATM fees if there is another ATM that is easier for you to use. Our Client Service Center is available at 978-452-1300.
