      When my debit card was skimmed a year or so ago the teller at this location was extremely helpful in freezing and protecting my account, as well as explaining to me how to contest the fraudulent charges. I ended up getting all my money back in the end, and they really helped me out in a moment of panic.

      This bank has the most incompetent ignorant staff I’ve ever met in my life. I am not the only person to say this about this I have family members that have this bank and they agree. They won’t even go to this branch they choose to go to Tewksbury because Billerica is awful. And many times I have dealt with Cheryl who has been completely rude to someone with a very large amount in their bank. I wish I never signed up with this bank, And as of now I am taking all of my money out and going somewhere else. Choose another bank do not bother with this one. They charge you fees even though they tell you that they won’t. They are extremely helpless when it comes to getting money out of your accounts transferring money etc.
