2018 was a good year, bought a home and this is when we met Janet. We had a great realtor who simply said see if LeaderOne might be easier to work with than our bank. This was just for financial options for our needs. We liked how Janet & LeaderOne kept in touch with fun emails and calls. We refinanced in late 2019 for a lower FHA rate and in early 2021 to a lower conventional rate. Every step of the way we found Janet to be helpful and available, even with COVID. Many conversations that were straight forward to review all options. Handling the "if this, then that" situations with market values and appraisals made it easy to take time to decide the best fit for our needs. Janet made it feel effortless, even when deciding on what worked best to reach goals in the process. The no pressure approach to review and time taken to answer questions made it feel like someone cared and heard what our goals in home ownership are. Janet has taught us so much about lending that I find it hard to even think about calling someone else now for home lending.
