      Kita was such a pleasure! Went in trying to figure out some complicated stuff and she was so patient while I had to call numerous different people to get it figured out. I called after the fact to get a special copy of something and she worked me through it, emailed it annnnd followed up to make sure I got it. What an all star!! So kind and personable!!       The wait was very long to see a banker as I believe there was only one person working. Otherwise everything else is good but I shaved a star off for that. The staff were professional.

      US Bank does not let you split up your Mortgage to pay 50% on the 15th and 50% on the 1st of each month in order to save money over the long term in your total payments. People considering US bank for their mortgage should be aware of this. They consciously don't offer this option to make more money off of mortgage interest
