      Well, first off this is not a bus stop. There is one at Gooseberry Point, across the street from the ferry. This could be considered both a bus stop and ferry terminal I suppose, but 'Lummi Island Ferry' suggests that this is there you get the ferry across to Lummi Island. You can get in line with your vehicle, (be sure to read the signage for all questions answered), pay with a CC only or punch card, No Cash$. Walk ons, (dogs can come too, but stay outside of the cabin) motorcycles, bikes, cars and all size trucks can ride the 5-8 min ferry across from Gooseberry Point to Lummi Island. Rates vary for each. Read the signs!

      Everything was great and easy to make our way around - staff was helpful. Would be nice if you let us know when the ferry is not running due to inclement weather. Why don't you let people know via the whatcom county website when the ferry isn't running?
