      I have been dealing with this Bank since I was a kid thanks to my mother who has been a member of this bank for 30 plus yrs. I have never had any bad issues with them and plan on dealing with them for as long as they are around.

      Well went to get money out and found out they froze my account for inactivity ?? Branch manager was on a call so was givin her num to call which she never got back to me..Its my money and i will be takin it all out now and closing my account.

      Just been difficult from the beginning. Today called asking about car loan for business. They took info said would call right back. That’s 9 am. Called back at 1. They transferred me to a different branch. Was told busy call you back. Called back at 3. Was told with customer call back 10 minutes. I called back at 7. Want to come in and close accts. Local credit union I guess is a better place. Great bank if you do not need them. If you need something don’t hold your breath. Today was a very bad experience. Could have been handled better. All I needed was a sorry things got out of hand today. I got sorry to busy. Call you back. Yep business acct. say bye bye. Personal checking. Say bye bye. Oh wait family personal checking. That’s two more to say bye bye. Savings acct. bye bye. We wanted to grow with bank. We have two commercial properties we owe nothing on. We could take the money from checking and buy vehicle which is what we’re going to do. Very disappointed
