      Have been coming here 7 years after they did my double lung transplant, I came in Monday with clots in my arm. I have been in pain, not being able to use my arm and they are denying me any relief from my pain. This morning I said just send me home, worst doctors ever in the 7 years.

      Care at this facility is very negligent for people on Medicare. My mom was admitted being very sick and they ran a bunch of tests and found many medical issues but rather than look into them they just say follow up as out patient. Some are very serious issues such as cancer etc. Had to have emergency surgery once that was complete they refuse to look into any of the other issues. They just want to kick her out as fast as they can. They tell you to work with social worker who tells you to work with doctors. Doctors dismiss your concerns and wont listen to family on medical history and treatment. The doctors even yell at you and hang up on you. The doctor refer you to make complaint with patient administration but all they do is transfer you to their lawyers and then send you a letter 30 days later saying sorry that is the state of health care right now. No Tcu will take my mom because she is in such bad shape because they wont address any issues so she is stuck in the hospital suffereing. They make follow up appointments for outpatient care without consulting family to see if that would work. The doctors have lied to us multiple times and they are manipulating the care notes to support their decision to release her and cover their butts from a lawsuit. They are manipulating facts to not be true. They just dont care about elderly patients. They just want to pas them on to someone else. It leaves the family very scarred, angry and loosing faith in medical care. My poor mom continues to suffer with no help insight.
