Great location! Although I hate M&T (they kept buying out whatever local bank I was with so I finally gave up and just stayed with them), the staff at this location are great! My debit card wouldn't swipe anymore and I was leaving on a trip in a few days. Oluwadamilola Adeiye patiently helped me get a new card in time for my trip even though I was kind of freaking out, and was very skeptical that it would arrive in time. When ordering my new card she noticed I qualified for a personal loan. She helped me navigate the process so easily and, with all my debt consolidated, I'm now saving a bunch of money and only have one monthly payment that is paid automatically through my account! I came in with a little bit of stress about my card and left feeling great about my finances!

If I could give the a zero I would. I went inside to withdraw money from my account and 2 tellers came to Ask why did I need the money ? It’s my money ! I didn’t understand I believe it was because of race they’re were ridiculous. after this i decided to close the account.

Slow process to get my new Debit/Credit card after I opened a new account with them, if I need to get some money will have to go and use the thru-window service 'till card arrive to branch for I to pick up personally.
