  Well Fargo continues to be a bank that robs their clients and charges them a fee after taking that money. I was so disrespected by the customer service team. You guys need to be re educated and trained in handling customer matters professionally. The client is always right. Makes sense why you have a 2.8 rating. I hope my rating drives it even lower. I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.

  You need to have banker that's focused on customer service and not his flowery shirt and painted nails. I'm offended. So 4:59 or 5 o'clock, watching a man (me) pull up who already called for assistance but now you can't help this customer out. Fire the sorry excuse for a banker. Time to take my money out of this bank and change my mortgage. Wells Fargo you blew it. Your PCism has just cost you!
