      We've banked with M&T for years. The gettysburg branch has the most caring,loyal to their word, helpfull staff I've seen in quite a while. I highly recommend this branch

      Avoid at all costs! Gestapo tactics by the manager. Good luck doing things you're legally & lawfully entitled to on behalf of a parent or loved one. Manager refused to allow transparent, legal estate planning on behalf of my parent at this branch. She violated PA law by refusing to recognize notarized legal documents. Considering suing her and the bank! Avoid them.

      I and my wife have gone into this branch a couple times. The woman with glasses and short curly hair is so rude. I no longer can go to the front cashier because that woman I'd rude and should not work in customer relations or teller. The lead staff should do something about her attitude. I am considering moving banks due to her continual rude attitude.
