      I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from Karen FitzPatrick. I was talking with her regarding a mortgage and she made me provide a ton of paperwork from me and my parents and out of nowhere she just stopped responding. Didn't say I was denied or anything. Just didn't reply to emails. I was left hanging not knowing what was wrong. I also lost out on over 30k of closing cost because I qualified for DPAL PLUS. I want her to be reprimanded and a formal apology letter. I will also be sharing my experience in a couple local Facebook groups I'm apartment of. -Daniel Wellington

      I feel sorry for anyone using this bank who is trying to get a mortgage. I know how crazy the housing market is right now but these loan officers lack communication and are straight up rude! They return you’re call at “their convenience”. It’s stressful enough buying a house and to be kept in the dark the whole time is ludicrous when you’re dealing with someone’s money. Shame on you! I’ll stick with HFCU much better with customer service.
