This bank has made the Auto Loan process close to impossible. Every day they need something new from me and it has taken over a week to get a simple auto loan. Why not ask for all information and lay out clear guidelines from the start? They do not value their customers time or money. This would've been a one star review, but after a WEEK of back and forth, I finally received the loan. One last gripe is that they would not pay the auto dealership directly, so I had to wait even longer for them to cut me a check to bring to the dealership myself. I will NOT use MHVFCU for anything else after this loan is closed and I suggest you do the same.
