Contacted back office bout my account they tell me to go to the branch I go to the branch and they tell me that they can't do anything that back office has to handle the problem very unprofessional people I have ever dealt with never again I will go to that bank again if you don't want to do to your job then you shouldn't be working it's that simple no customer deserves to be treated with disrespect like that

      If you're looking for ignorant, disrespectful, unprofessional people to handle your money..look no further. They acted condescending while pretending to answer my questions. One of the workers literally was talking about me to one of her associates as if I wasn't standing right infront of her. A very gross bank
