      Management needs to step in quickly and help this PNC . It’s horrible undermanned. Wait time is 45 min minimum to cash or deposit. Horrible waste. I am looking for another bank if they don’t shape up This is a horribly understaffed unit.You need a good 45 minutes to complete any task. Extremely disappointed

      I stop at the WB Township location to cash a check-I needed specific denominations of money. I waited 40 minutes in line and there were still 5 cars ahead of me. A customer service representative can to my car to see how my experience was. After explaining my experience and dissatisfaction with the time I had to wait and no other location on Saturday. He told me I can use the ATM for that and came over to the machine and assisted me. Very nice young man-David with great customer service qualities. He should be awarded for the great job he did!!!!
