      Run far away from this bank! They take your $ out of your account before its ever cashed. (and if that person doesn't cash it, good look getting it back in your account before paying a stop payment fee) You have to go hunting to see if a check was actually cashed. Other banks wouldn't take $ out before its cashed. I suggest put the withdraw (from a check using billpay) in pending and take it out of pending once its cashed like every other bank does. You shouldn't be able to charge a fee if its pending as a negative. Give the customer a chance to get the correct amount in there beforehand (thats why its pending) You should also get rid of the extra date when setting up billpay, its confusing and caused me to have insufficient funds when I thought it wasn't going out until a certain date, that was the reason I had insufficient funds in the first place.
