Just moved downtown and visited the local MTB to deal with a few things. Needed to get a checkbook, some help on how to set up auto-check payments, and to reverse an incorrect late payment charge. They were very helpful, patient, and friendly with me and walked me through everything step by step. They also gave me their phone number in case I'd need them again later. They seemed to be familiar with other clients that came in that I assume were regulars too. Good experience, would go again.
