  Denise is absolutely fantastic. I needed every single one of my deposited checks from 2019 printed, and upon finding out that I would need to pay for each one individually if that request was entered into the system, she spent over 24 hours completing it herself so that I would not be charged. Greatest service and wonderful employee.

  I can't believe I had to pay for a cashier mistake‼️. I went to cash a bunch of checks, one check of $130 was cashed as $170. Of course who wrote the check made the claim M&T returned her $40 but took it from my account. When I went to ask why they just said that the cashier put the wrong amount and gave me $40 extra,thing that's didn't happen 😒. I spent almost two hrs waiting for them to find out what was the mistake until they ended saying that I got the 40 bucks over. My worst experience with this bank. Add it that they always got new people and only one drive thru open and have to wait long. I'm talking especially about the M&T bank located in Frederick MD route 40.

  They charge me two percent to cash a paycheck, so obviously that's an unfriendly start. True all the banks seem to Additionally, though, past two times I've visited, I received extremely slow service, and they only ever seem to have the same trainee available to service inside customers ... on friday, two weeks in a row. Great place to avoid.
