      This bank branch still has a phone number that takes you to a real person. I've been very happy with m & t.

      every single time I have had to go to this location I am met with the most miserable, rude women behind the counter. They also once refused to count and deposit my ones because there were “too many” (it was less than $200). My parents actually closed their account with them all together because they live in the area and experience similar issues with the staff. Would recommended going to any other M&T location in Rochester before this one.
