      How the branch manager Frank is even employed here is beyond me..I won't disclose too many personal details but I will say I informed him of fraudulent activity on a deceased person's account and he refused to help in any way. The fraud department and better business bureau is taking it from here but he should be fired immediately!

      Horrible service, I made a phone call to ask about what time they closed because I want to open a checking account with them, I get there at 4,25pm and those ladys were like in the rush to leave. I went to another bank.
