      The rate of interest is excessively high like 29%. When you pay you monthly back, you won't be able to tell the difference. Unless you pay the entire amount at once, which is not maybe possible for everyone with a loan. They are profiting off people's sorrow.

      Customer service is good but they say you are approved when you not. No one answers the phone nor keep you updated with your application. 30 percent for interest is ridiculous as well. If you want a loan go through your local credit union.
