      I always go to this location for the convenience of the drive-thru ATM. I have never had an issue. The one time that I had to venture inside the teller was very helpful.

      If you don't enjoy someone lying straight to your face and would like to be able to access your money in your bank account, I strongly suggest going absolutely anywhere else. We opened a new account today with cash. We specifically asked if the money was available and we were told it would be available immediately. We tried to transfer some of that to a different account using Zelle. It didn't work because the money isn't available! After calling the bank, we were told it could take up to 3 days to become available. For a CASH deposit. These people are a joke! Never seen anything like this before. We will be closing the account as soon as our money becomes AVAILABLE.

      SLOW! SLOW! SLOW! I only go here monthly to pay the mortgage. I am never at the drive-thru less than 5 minutes, even if I'm the only car there. Today was over 10 minutes with one car ahead of me. They need to get a dedicated drive-thru teller!
