  I have been with this bank for over 40 years and I have been with a lot of other banks this by far is the Best bank ever

  This is the actual worst bank. Tellers watch the line build and don't help. They have ONE teller open on a Friday, and the teller is new so she's painfully slow and just walks away from her desk. I've watched her hand count amounts of money that should be put through the bill counter. Absolutely insane. Go literally anywhere else.

  I went to the glenolden one before it closed. There’s this one worker there that try’s making me close my savings account literally every time I step into this bank. She claims I cannot have this savings account anymore because it’s a “junior savings account” when I opened the account when I was 19! Every time I say the same exact thing. I was not underage when I opened this account. I don’t appreciate her persistent customer service on trying to make my cancel my savings account. If there was truly an issue with me having this account they would have made me cancel it and make another one. May I add she’s been saying this to me for about 4,5 years . Edit - I went there today and opened a checking account with a nice lady who was a lot of help. Most of the workers are great it’s just this one specific worker I’ve had issues with for years at both locations . If you are waited on by the right person your experience can be pleasant. I’ve been with this bank for years and it’s only the one person who I have had issues with .
