      BEWARE! BEWARE! BEWARE! If you want to protect your credit score, DO NOT use M&T Bank!!! In Dec. 2021, with an 829 credit score, I mailed my payment to M&T. Without any warning, I started getting late notices and phone calls, and my credit score dropped 100 pts. Reviewing what had happened w/M&T, I was promised this would be addressed and all credit agencies would be notified. It was a ploy to protect M&T, who blamed the U.S. Post Office for my delay. Funny, on the day I called them they miraculously "found" my payments. "Sleazy" and "unethical" customer service (or "no" customer service), so again, BEWARE!

      ONLINE BANKING IS UNAVAILABLE FOR OVER 12 HOURS. UNACCEPTABLE FOR A BANK OF THIS SIZE. LIKE STEVE MILLER BAND SAID, "TAKE YOUR MONEY AND RUN". TAKE SOME OF YOUR 120 BILLION IN ASSETS AND HIRE A COMPETENT SOFTWARE DEVELOPER TO FIX YOUR M&T
