      I sincerely appreciate all the efforts and excellent customer service provided by Justin Hughes. I was tired calling customer service and was not getting appropriate response from them on one of my closed accounts. Justin went out of his way to help and made sure to reach back with all the information in a prompt manner. This step of efficient customer service saved me big time and helped in some documents submission to Govt. Really can't thank enough. Wells don't lose such smart and hard working employees of yours!!

      Worst experience ever! My account over-drafted this morning, and usually once I wake up and notice my account overdrafted I transfer money from my savings, to my checking, to cover the overdraft cost. Well they already hit me with a $35 overdraft fee, so I called, and they said they can’t do anything about the $35 overdraft fee. I do work full time at Clarks Summit State Hospital. But who has just $35 to throw out the window? Definitely not me! I will be closing both of my accounts with Wells Fargo, and switching to a different bank. I have never experienced this with any other bank i’ve ever been with!🤬
