      The most unprofessional locations of M & T bank. I called this location because it is the closest. I have been banking with M&T for years, both for business and personal needs, I called this location because it is the closest. Rather than helping me figure out how my meets could be met through whatever service they have, or doesn't have to be one particular way, the person on the phone got " stuck" on an issue that was not even a question at all and suggested I go to a credit union since they would be able to solve my problem. I am thinking of taking his advice and switching my bank all together.

      Thanks to Peter a bad situation didn't get worse. M&T at its worst can be horrible. The branch president in Dover Plains turned her back to me and walked away when I asked her for help. Nobody home except Peter. No one. Wheeler in Pawling is smart and capable. Two solid people don't make a bank worth putting your money into. My money is elsewhere but Peter was gentleman.
