      I couldn’t believe how quickly M&T was able to process my PPP loan! Initially I didn’t move forward on the PPP only because of the difficult process I thought it would entail, but M&T made it a cinch. I was so impressed, I am going to strongly recommend all my colleagues to reach out to M&T Bank based on the easiness I found it. With Rob Depaulo’s incredible patience and guidance I was able to fly though the process and get accepted in three days. Thank you M&T!! You are a blessing!

      I would give it a zero if possible. Zero customer service. They don't care about their customers nor do what they say. I have been waiting 9 months on a simple distribution of funds. Finally have to call the Attorney General.

      Terrible. Feels like I’m time traveling back in time whenever I step foot in this branch. I’ve never been to a bank that looks confused when you make cash deposits. As a business owner I would never consider referring anyone to bank with them. Currently writing this review as the teller holds up my time for 20 minutes hand counting my business deposit..
