  Very good and helpful staff. But randomly closed during the day in middle of week. Here right now and tellers are inside but door is locked with sign on door that bank is closed and need to use drive-in. This is 3rd time in last few months this has occurred.

  If I could give negative stars I would! I came in with a problem that was not my fault and had the unpleasant fortune of meeting Leslie. Maybe she was having a bad day as I overheard her telling the woman ahead of me she was “overworked and underpaid” or maybe it’s her 4 jobs tiring her out she felt the need to tell me after giving me unsolicited advice and telling me to close my account because she doesn’t feel as tho I have a large amount of money. Maybe that’s why TD bank took almost $1,000 out of my account and not care! She ASSURED me my money would return Monday. I questioned the holiday and she said it doesn’t matter . WELL IT DOES BECAUSE I STILL HAVE NO MONEY! Manager Autumn was nice but also told me Monday my money would return but where is it? Honestly will probably never use this bank again after this but I’m telling you DONT COME TO THIS BANK WITH A PROBLEM and if you do don’t get tired overworked underpaid Leslie because she will judge you about not having what she thinks is enough money to have an account with them. Personally I feel like a person with 4 jobs and still struggling shouldn’t judge anyone! I will be contacting higher ups over this incident. She even asked me multiple times why I came to this branch and where my money came from.none of your business! Get a new job Leslie

  I checked the website for their hours says they open at 8:30am. Got here about 10min before knowing I’d have to wait now it’s 8:40am and there is no one in sight. This is a major inconvenience!
