      The worst bank I have used to date. First off, The woman (bank manager I assume) wouldn't let me use my old address to open an account (since I had just purchased a home) yet this old address was a very close relative. I finally opened the bank account and have now been waiting weeks to move money from my M&T account to another account I have but there transfer service has been down since January, it is now the beginning of April and still down. They suggested I try using Zelle, and have not been able to get it to work from their site even using there support staff who said it should go through. The only way I can get my money out, I believe at least, is to physically go there and pull it out. Unfortunately I have received a positive test for COVID and cannot do this. Thankfully I have enough money in my other accounts to cover my bills during this time. I highly suggest you stay away from M&T Bank as a whole and not just this location.
