      This branch is incompetent. The so called branch manager is never helpful. The staff is rude. The drive thru isn't open ever. And the staff will tell you there are closed without giving a reason or suggesting any other time or location to do business with. This branch doesn't seem to understand the concept of customer/ client relationship, especially being that it is in an upper middle class area. Avoid this upper marlboro main Street branch if you can.

      I am a customer of M&T Bank; however this branch is running a parking scam with Duff's Towing. My car was towed after using a business in the parking lot. I believe bank employees spot for the tow service and a get kickback. A car in there lot gets owed even if you use a business in the parking lot.
