  The service that Davis & Davis Advisors have provided us have been life changing. Jahi is very competent and friendly with good humor. He is very encouraging and passionate about helping his clients reach their goals so he expects 100% effort. Prior to utilizing his services, we were bleeding money and couldn’t seem to fix my abysmal Fico score. My wife and I are hard workers that were barely able to stay afloat. Once Jahi showed us just how much money we were spending, he challenged us to work hard and control our spending urges by keeping a spending journal, having regular check-ins and providing us with homework to help us accomplish our goals. This experience has helped change the way we view money and assets as well as giving us a clear path towards paying off debt. To date, my Fico score increased nearly 100 points and we are now in position to purchase our first house. We are thoroughly satisfied with the help that Davis & Davis were able to provide for my family. I definitely recommend their services.

  In 2014 I was going through a tough financial time, struggling to get out of debt. I looked at my options and chapter 7 was the best choice for me. I was unsure about it and wanted to explore all my options thoroughly. I worked with Mr. Davis to explore all my options, and confidently moved forward with chapter 7. We also developed a financial game plan that allowed me to pay off $20k of child support debt, begin to live within my means, and rebuild my credit. The chapter 7 will be removed from my credit report in a year. I recently purchased a 2021 Chevy Trailblazer LT with a 6% interest rate, keeping my monthly payments and total costs within my means. I have also been able to help my daughter with her college tuition, to reduce the amount of money we have to take out in loans. I am still strategically using many of the practices Mr. Davis taught me and I am the most financially empower then I've ever been. My next goal is home ownership. I recommend Davis & Davis Advisor to anyone who is needs financial advice.
