      Nobody there or in the back office knew what they were doing with a representative-payee SS acct. It's not that hard. They wouldn't let me close the acct. until my husband signed off, even though he was never on the acct. in the first place. Maybe this bank is okay for a simple checking or savings, acct., but more would be a bad idea. Also, the staff was temperamental and short with me.

      Would give minus 5 stars if I could. I am a longstanding CHASE customer and when I moved here I only opened this account to have a local "back up." I had several hundred dollars in an account and opted for paperless statements. The account was rarely touched. Over time, they simply drained my account of funds with fees. Once there was no more money, rather than close the account, they continued to assess fees -- then turned it over to collection, for $24.84. Trying to get them to resolve the matter has been a further aggravation -- multiple phone calls and no resolution. Common sense? Local bank service? Hardly.
