      Started out ok but then I found out the call center tellers are rude and really do not listen to what my needs are and end up not getting things done, forcing me to drive all the way to the single location in person. Months later I find myself logging....err trying to login to the worst online banking app I have ever been on. Good ridden MAC you had your time at bat this is the 3rd strike!

      Tellers are exceptional BUT the loan processing leaves a lot to be desired, days and days with no corespondents, messages left, no call backs what so ever. Closed my account and will no longer bank with them. I’m glad I did the bare minimum to be a “full service member” and kept my other bank as my primary. It was worth giving them a chance I suppose, but I’ll gladly give another FCU another .5-1% for customer service and proper communication.
