The customer service is non existent. Policy changes happen when you walk in and the view your appearance. Because I have a beard, I have to jump through hoops to cash a check. I was even swore at using the F word in front of my five year old daughter.

It is standard practice to ask for a photo id when cashing a check for the security of our customers. It’s unfortunate that negative language took place in our lobby between two clients. We apologize your daughter had to hear that.

My parents went to this bank to try to refinance their home and they needed a translator to help them. The problem with this situation was the translator was one of their cashiers and she was very disrespectful. She was getting angry with my parents because she had to repeat herself a couple times. Very bad customer service! If you need to go to a bank go a credit union. They were able to help my parents with a smile on their faces!
