  Had the opportunity to do my personal loan with Main Street and could not be more with the level of service and communication that was provided. Everything went smooth and my loan closed sooner than expected - amazing job!

  Main Streets Home Loans gave us the run around throughout our whole process. Taylor our Home loan consultant told me that he was 100% sure that everything was looking good until it wasn't and everything fell apart causing me to possibly lose money that I didn't have to lose. He would also never respond to emails only calls, which I am pretty sure was for him to not get caught up in anything. Throughout the process when we sent over our documents to Kimberly the senior loan processor, she didn't read the documents that was given to her throughly.. my sister had to send a document to her multiples before she got what she needed..( The same document at that). Which causes me to believe that they didn't want to work with us in the first place. If you are looking for financing on a home please take your time and money elsewhere to people that truly care.

  Take your business elsewhere. One of their leads is slick but not customer-oriented. He lured us in thinking we found a friendly, helpful lender in the home-buying process but we were consistently underwhelmed after we signed on to use the firm. There were delays in responses, several instances of key information not being properly shared with us, and an instance when an affiliated firm reached out to us unsolicited and kept bothering us after we asked them to stop. Worst of all, I'm far from confident we got the best rate we deserved. Unfortunately, since this was our first time buying a home and since the market was blazing hot, we weren't sure what recourse we had. One good outcome is that our loan could have been worse. Two stars because they technically did their job and didn't break any laws, but you can definitely find better (and more personable!) lenders even in this market.
