  Never dealt with a title company that wouldn’t assist me with closing information. Anna was very unprofessional as far as I'm concerned. I wouldn’t recommend this company or use them again.

  Title had us travel to their South Tampa office and wasted 2 1/2 hours of our time and still didn't complete the closing. Some of it was finances fault but title could have caught it. I was told to transfer way more money for closing and was told I would get a check for the difference at closing. Since title was messed up, we didn't get the check since we completed closing with a mobile notary. I was told the check would be here on Tuesday via FEDEX (no check came) and when I called Thursday they said the check was sent via USPS and would be in by Friday. Here it is Tuesday and still no check and no one is answering the phone at either office.

Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the lender in these situations, and some of the issues you experienced were due to errors by another party that was out of our control. Per your conversation with the Branch Manager in Riverview, we are overnighting the excess funds you wired and have also offered to refund your settlement services fee in an effort to try to alleviate some of your frustration.
