Changed from another bank--local branch of a big national name--years ago after seeing how much better service a friend was getting at Manasquan, and have never been anything but glad I did. Great customer support from pleasant people who are always willing to go the extra mile.

Great bank, competent staff and always courteous. Only complaint is the new drive up with the tellers being remote in the main building. It takes a long time (bring your kindle and get in some reading (:) for the cradle to transit from the drive up window to the bank building and back again, plus we miss the face to face human interaction. As a result, we have started using other branch locations for drive up transactions.
