  I stopped during business hours and the bank was closed without explanation. Horrible.

  Horrible staff , horrible customer service! The bald , hispanic looking guy was extremely rude. I went to this location to open a business account for my newly established business. I had all the necessary documents from IRS in my email, as soon as i walked in i told them that, and i asked if its ok to send my documents to their email and if they can print out for me. The banker i was talking to said he is not sure about it, and i told him that other location said its ok to do so, and the only reason i did not do in the other location is bcs they did not have available time slots for that day, so i went to this location. Long story short, as soon as the baker talked to bald banker he responded with nasty attitude that he doesnt care what other locations do , he will not allow me to print anything there. And i told him that he was nasty to me , then he said that he was not. I told him not even knowing my reasons you are giving nasty attitude then as i was arguing with him, the other banker came and decided to help me, but the bald guy already made it clear that its not a place to bring your business. Strongly suggest bank of America to consider getting rid of this kind of personal since they are making sure BoA customers are taking their business to other banks!
