      KeShawn Ellis is the best! She is thorough, professional and great to work with. She keeps us apprised about available discounts and always let me know what I need to do on my end to keep the discounts rolling. KeShawn is honest and forthright- no games. After dealing with several other insurance agents in the area and being disappointed, I feel lucky I’ve found such a relatable and compassionate insurance agent.       This was the worst experience customer service wise I’ve had with car insurance. Random agents calling me every week asking about authorization to charge my card when I gave them permission and enrolled in auto pay. Difficult to get agent who helped me the first time. Difficult to get someone who knows what they’re talking about. They’re still emailing me when I’ve canceled my insurance

      Ms KeShawn Ellis is the most helpful and personable insurance agent I have ever dealt with. She is honest and up front with everything. Ms Ellis actively look for the best rates and coverage and is always looking out for the customer. If she can’t offer you a better deal than the company you are with she will tell you. Definitely a person who cares for the customer. It’s refreshing to have such a great insurance agent.
