      I have documentation of 4 emails sent by my lawyer that have gone unanswered, on top of multiple phone calls with voice-mails being left. My lawyers been reaching out since the end of March and here we are May 9th with all no response and mediation in 2 weeks... real professional

      I’d put no stars if I could. This company is trying to sue me for time barred debt. I filed a complaint with the consumer financial protection bureau and they actually lied to them that the case was dismissed and it’s still active. LIE LIE LIE that’s what they will do! They should be prohibited from practicing law! I’m planning to file a complaint with the Florida bar too.

      Professional ethics prevent us from acknowledging the nature of our relationship, if any, in a public forum. We can, however, state that those that owe a legitimate debt have options to resolve that debt, and legal action from a creditors rights attorney is a final resort for most businesses trying to collect what they have earned. Our clients, those that are owed money, tend to be quite satisfied with our results. We would not expect debtors, however, to be excited about having to pay what they owe, although our willingness to work with people has often lead to a sense of relief to not have that debt hanging over them, and in finding a mutually beneficial way of working out their indebtedness. Precious few actually end up in court.
