      If you are a travel nurse, contractor, or anybody who makes a living through variable income, you need to go through Marcy. Due to the variability of my job, I had a very difficult time finding a lender that would look into a loan for me purely because I don’t have a consistent 9-5 wage. I reached out to Motto after being recommended to them by our realtor. The next day, Marcy had a lender who was willing to work with us! She is a strong advocate for her clients, she understands the times and is able to help loan companies see that variable income does not mean unreliable. We wouldn’t have our dream home if it wasn’t for Marcy!

      I cannot express enough how fabulous Marcy was…she was more than just my Mortage lady! She deserves way more than five stars! I called her in tears eight months ago and I finally had my closing last week! Marcy is knowledgeable, patient, honest, trusting, CARING, a straight shooter and extremely hardworking!! She is just all phenomenal at what she does!!! The process is very easy, unless your like us and need to do extra things - HA! Truly, look no further, Marcy is phenomenal!! I have and would recommend her to anyone looking to purchase!
