      Marcy Leonard was great to work with. She helped me and my husband navigate a difficult housing market earlier this year. She helped us come up with strategies that we were comfortable with to get our offer accepted. She was never pushy and let us be in charge of our decision making. She even brought us pizza on move-in day! We will definitely be using her services again in the future!

      WOW! Marcy is a notch above the rest! She is so good at her job and knows some really great tricks that helped our offer stand out and get accepted. She is quick to respond and easy to work with, and all over getting stuff done quickly. She was careful to look for and point out any potential problems with a house as well as the good things about it. Which is what you are looking for in a real estate agent, but what really makes her shine is her love for her clients. She gave us little gifts along the way, she pampered us and celebrated with us. When our temporary housing arrangement fell through she used her contacts and put us in contact with someone who was able to help us out. If we ever sell or buy again in the area Marcy is who we will go with, and when our adult children are at the point of buying we will do everything we can to convince them that Marcy is the way to go... although they watched this process we just went through and I think that they are already convinced.
