      Margie Trimble lacked professionalism, customer service, and basic knowledge of following up with a prospective client or exhibiting any type of courtesy. I was told she “ can’t drop everything for me.” I definitely was not expecting her to. I was only requesting some kind of feedback or follow up after providing all of my personal information to her regarding an application submittal. She seemed very irate that she could not handle the duty of multitasking while becoming busy and told me to go get help somewhere else. I am so grateful she was transparent from the beginning so I could take my business where someone is proficient in their skill set and not have my time wasted any further. I wish I could give zero stars.
