      I really liked the place as it was so helpful in a time of need, but it is such a hassle to try and make a payment. This is every single month.. and today I have been on hold for over 20 minutes. Ridiculous!! You would think that they would want their payments on time. There has to be a solution.. until then I will be leaving it at a 1 star. Solution found.. thank you Daniel for helping me get set up with y’all’s new app. Much easier!
