      It was a very simple process. Crystal was very helpful. There was no waiting. She had already started the process. Everything was done on the computer, even my signature.       The staff was helpful, friendly and accommodating. The interest rate was a little high but was expected. I do like the fact that I can payoff early and save on some of the interest without penalties...
