      I love the customer service and it was easy me to qualify for $5,000 easy. They also allow you to pay ahead which helps. Since I went through Credit Karma I now can borrow up to $2,000 more w/ no payments for 2 months since my payment history has been since I first received the loan November of last year

      I have been a customer of mariner finance for years now. I had great service at the Maryland office when I lived out there. This Cartersville office has been terrible with communication. I called many times and even left voicemails and they never call back. They are on time only with calls dealing with payments. It is disgusting how they handle customers. Recently, I called to speak to them regarding how my old loan had been closed and merged with the new one. As a result my credit took a huge hit. I was not ever explained that the loans would be merged at any point. I’ll pay this loan and will be done with this company.
