New manager is horrible they run your credit for a deferment will not work with you at all if you’re having hardship threatened to call your job i will be paying them off soon i wont go back

I had the pleasure of working with Ruby Sierra, the branch manager. She was absolutely the most friendliest, and compassionate person ever!! I needed a quick loan to purchase some much needed equipment for my up and coming business. My own bank of 7 years turned me down. The interest is a little high, but that can be tamed with an early pay-out. I’m thankful they were able to assist me where corporate wouldn’t! Thank you so much!!
